About the Company (History)
Our main client the first year of business was Ryland Homes along with several small custom home builders and individuals. We hired our first employee after one year of business and opened our 250 square foot office in December of 1998. A year later we moved to double our square footage and hired two more full time employees. Since then we have continued to grow in both the size of our office as well as number of staff. Our list of clients also continues to grow with a large number of national home builders, small home builders, individuals, architects and designers. Our work comes to us mostly from referral and our good reputation. Along with this growth we have also included new permitting services to offer clients. Please check out our April 2008 Newsletter for a brief description of these services.
